Well Child Clinic – Community Sponsored Event

Candlewood Valley Pediatrics and RVNAhealth have partnered to host a Well Child Clinic in the RVNAhealth New Milford office clinic on Tuesday, August 1^st from 10am-2pm.

This free clinic will provide school physicals and immunizations to New Milford children 18 and under who are uninsured/underinsured and cannot get an appointment with a pediatrician.  Please see the attached flyer for more information, including instructions on how to schedule an appointment.
