Foodborne Illness (Food Poisoning)

Do you have a Foodborne Illness (aka food poisoning)?

Whether we want to or not, most everyone will experience a foodborne illness at one time or another. Since you may not experience symptoms for several days, you may not link your nausea or stomach cramps to a type of food you ate. Food poisoning can affect anybody, yet most people don’t consider food safety until they or someone they know becomes ill after eating tainted food.

Contact your doctor if you suspect that you or someone in your household might have a foodborne illness, which may include experiencing vomiting or diarrhea, headache, fever, or chills for 24 hours or more.
