Southbury Senior Alliance – Community Educational Series

Southbury Senior Alliance will be hosting a free community education series with refreshments on December 13th from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm at the Watermark at East Hill (611 East Hill Rd Southbury). This session is titled “Optimizing Nutrition and Relaxation Methods to Manage Holiday Stress” presented by Nikki Hassett and Debi Coniglio.
