RNVAHealth Well Child Clinic

We are pleased to announce that RVNAhealth will be working with Candlewood Valley Pediatrics to host a Well Child Clinic in our New Milford office (68 Park Lane Rd)!

The FREE clinic will be held on Thursday, August 1^st from 10am-12pm.

This clinic will provide school physicals and immunizations to New Milford children 18 and under who are uninsured/underinsured and cannot get an appointment with a pediatrician.

We have a nurse who speaks Spanish + Portuguese and can assist with translation.
