Community Flu Vaccine Clinic – Sarah Noble Intermediate School

Join us for our annual Community Flu Clinic! Protect yourself and those around you by getting vaccinated against the flu this season. The clinic is open to everyone, and both walk-ins and appointments are welcome. Our experienced healthcare professionals will be on hand to administer the flu vaccine safely and efficiently.

Who Should Attend:

• Individuals 6 months and older
• Seniors and those with chronic health conditions
• Caregivers and healthcare workers

What to Bring:

• Photo ID
• Insurance card (if applicable)
• Completed flu intake form
• Completed unaccompanied minor form (if applicable)
