Subdivision Review Application

Please use this application for any and all divisions of land being reviewed for approval, to include: free cuts, one time splits, and subdivisions of three (3) lots or more. The number of lots is to include the existing structures, if any. Please use our Lot Line Revision application for division among (2) properties.

Supporting Documents

 A complete set of plans at no greater than 1” = 40’ scale must accompany the application; plans must show the house location, well, sanitary system and grading plan. Soil test locations (deep hole and percolation) must be included, with soil results reported for each lot and perc results.

Other Information

Applications for soil testing must be submitted separately. Approval will indicate compliance with CT DPH Requirements; any other permits required from Zoning, Inland Wetlands or Building Officials are not ensured by this application’s approval.
