Permit to Construct Sewage Disposal System – Application

Only licensed septic installers may apply for a permit to construct and must apply in-person with proof of licensure. Applicants must obtain plan approval prior to applying for a permit to construct. The permit to construct is not valid until signed by an authorized employee of HVHD, and work may not begin until the permit is issued.
