HVHD Covid Clinic

We at HVHD are partnering with Beacon Prescriptions Pharmacy to provide our community members with respiratory illness vaccines. Our two clinics will be on 4/21 in our Southbury Office and 4/23 in the New Milford Senior Center, both between the hours of 11am – 1pm. There is no sign up needed, all we ask is that participants bring a photo ID and insurance card.
