Child Physical Exams with CIFC Health

HVHD is partnering with CIFC Health to provide physical exams for children ages 3-18 through their Mobile Clinic at Pettibone Community Center in New Milford. Appointments are available from 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm on June 30th, July 17th, July 28th, August 13th, and August 14th. Appointments are required, please reach out to HVHD at 203-264-9616 to book.
