This application is for all septic system plan reviews and includes new construction, repairs, B100a’s, and central systems. This also includes tank only replacements.

Supporting Documents

A proposed septic plan must be submitted; if an Engineered plan, a full size stamped copy must be submitted to the HVHD office (no scans). Please ensure all wells are properly noted. Applications for new construction must also submit floor plans for the dwelling.

Other Information

SSDS Plan Approval will indicate compliance with CT DPH Requirements; any other permits required from Zoning, Inland Wetlands or Building Officials are not ensured by this application’s approval. Central systems will require approval from CT DPH.
