Lot Line Revisions Application

This application will be used for lot line revisions and divisions of land of (2) properties. Please use our Subdivision Review Application for divisions of (3) or more.


Supporting Documents

A scaled diagram of the proposed lot line revision in relation to existing structures, property lines, existing septic systems, and water sources must be shown on an accompanying detailed plot plan. If there is an existing dwelling on either property, the plot plan must show code-complying areas (19-13-B100a) for primary septic system replacement.

Other Information

Approval will indicate compliance with CT DPH Requirements; any other permits required from Zoning, Inland Wetlands or Building Officials are not ensured by this application’s approval.
